How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment in three ways: 1) Call us directly at 8999527048 or 8007619313, 2) Use our WhatsApp chat by clicking the WhatsApp icon, or 3) Fill out the contact form on our website. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for popular services.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
For regular services, no deposit is required. However, for bridal packages and group bookings (3+ people), we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings.
What products do you use in your salon?
We use only premium, professional-grade products from trusted brands like L'Oréal Professional, Schwarzkopf, Olaplex, and Dermalogica. All our products are cruelty-free and many are vegan. We're happy to discuss specific product options based on your hair/skin type during your consultation.
Do you offer services for men?
Yes! While we specialize in women's services, we offer several services for men including haircuts, hair coloring, facials, and grooming services. Please check our Services page for the complete list or call us to discuss your needs.
How long will my appointment take?
Service times vary: Basic haircuts take about 45 minutes, coloring services 2-3 hours, facials 60-90 minutes, and bridal makeup 2-3 hours. When you book, we'll provide an estimated duration. Please arrive 10 minutes early for consultations.
Why are your prices higher than some other salons?
Our prices reflect the quality of our professional-grade products, the expertise of our certified stylists, and the personalized attention we provide. We don't cut corners - every service includes a consultation, premium products, and detailed aftercare advice. Many clients find that our services actually save them money long-term because results last longer.
Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes! We offer 10% off for students with valid ID (weekdays only). Our loyalty program gives you 1 point for every ₹100 spent - redeem 500 points for ₹500 off. Follow us on Instagram for seasonal promotions and referral discounts.
What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?
We maintain strict hygiene protocols: all tools are sterilized between clients, workstations are sanitized after each service, staff wears masks, and we provide hand sanitizer throughout the salon. We request clients to wear masks when possible and reschedule if feeling unwell.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you not bring children unless they are receiving services. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during their service. We offer special kids' haircuts on Saturday mornings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and bank transfers. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
Do you do home visits for bridal or event services?
Yes, we offer home services for bridal and group events with prior booking. Travel fees apply based on location (typically ₹500-1500 within Margao area). For groups of 3+ people, travel fees may be waived. Contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for home service bookings.
